Milwaukee, Wisconsin – 1974 was a pimp’s paradise. Coochie was outselling stocks and bonds, and every broke-ass hustler with a dream of Cadillacs and big money wanted to Mack. Many are called but few are chosen. Goldie, (his street name) had watched the movie, The Mack, at least 1000 times, and in his mind, that’s who he was. He was a textbook, movie-inspired pimp, but he had mastered his craft and was determined to become the Mack of the Year at the upcoming Player’s Ball.
